Pilot Phase Offer

In order to generate added value more quickly and accelerate the use of AI-supported digital assistants in the corporate context, we support companies from a very early stage. For example, we provide early assistance during the orientation phase with workshops for needs and feasibility analysis. At the same time, we use our experience to ensure that the introduction of the digital assistant in the company is successful.

We offer our customers the opportunity to evaluate our technology in a 6-month pilot project. The aim is to get to know the language technology adapted to their own business model and at the same time to explore the added value using the example of a previously defined use case, e.g. appointment management or task management. In the end there is measurable and verifiable evidence about the added value of a virtual assistant in the company.

Conception phase

In the conception phase, the use case chosen by the customer is defined and iteratively adapted within Sally in a joint collaboration. Existing processes are included. In this phase, it is also advisable to define metrics to measure successful usage, e.g. quality of speech recognition, number of uses or time saved. As soon as a complete and testable language model of the use case exists, the phase ends. (duration: ~2 months)

Integration phase

In the integration phase, the company systems are technically connected. As soon as the skills of the virtual assistant can load and save the company data, this phase ends. (duration: ~1 month)

Result: A virtual assistant connected to the company systems, which masters the previously defined skills.

Evaluation phase

The goal of the evaluation phase is to measure the previously defined metrics in order to then come to a decision on how a virtual assistant can be used effectively and efficiently in the company. In a first step 5-10 end users will be activated for the virtual assistant in the first month. The findings from this small user group will be used to train the assistant in parallel and thus optimize the use case. After the first month a further 10-30 users can be activated.

Result: verifiable measurable results about the added value of a virtual assistant.
